INTERNATIONAL ~ SHIPPING AND RETURNS
To ensure our clients the best experience, service and delivery possible, we’ve partnered with Global-E, an international payment and fulfilment partner, which simplifies international orders for companies. This means that we can provide our customers worldwide with a seamless localized shopping experience. Please note that your payment method is charged by *Global-E/SUMR Official - this is shown at the checkout when you place your order.
Your orders are dispatched using “DHL Express” carrier and you will be receiving a notification when your order is dispatched. Shipping charges and delivery times varies depending on your country and will be calculated at your checkout, but globally will be delivered up to 8 business days. You can opt for an all duties and taxes calculated and paid at checkout.
All shoes/items should be tried on a clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return/exchange.
In the event of manufactoring defect, please email us at info@greeksandalsofficial.com within 48 hours of receiving your sandals.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
In case you would like to exchange an item from your order, you can email us at info@greeksandalsofficial.com or by WhatsApp at +972 54 776 5788 within 14 days of receiving your order with your name and order ID. For the first exchange, we will provide you a free shipping code for you to place a new order with the item you wish to order. In the same time, you shall follow as well the process in order to return the original item as explained bellow.
In case you would like to return an item from your order, please note that the shipping for your return will be at your cost.
The conditions for exchanging/returning a product from your order are the followings :
- The goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received.
- The goods are unused.
- The product is received undamaged and in the original packaging.
To return an item to us, please use our returns portal linked here.
You will need your order number and email address to complete the return process. Once in the return portal, please follow these simple steps:
1) Select the item/s you wish to return, choose a reason from the drop-down menu and click "next".
2) Your return label and form will be generated. The cost of your return will be calculated automatically and will be deducted from your refund once we receive your items.
3) Pack items in the original packaging to ensure that they arrive with us safely.
4) Return your parcel via the selected carrier displayed on the return portal.
Please be aware that returns take around 7-10 business days to arrive to us and up to a further 5 days to process.
We recommend that you gain proof of postage for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
The cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the consumer protection (cancelation of a transaction) regulations, 2010 and the consumer protection law 1981 of the state of Israel.
If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. For some goods, the original packaging may constitute part of the value of the
Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount is refunded back to you. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Global-E/SUMR Official shall then refund the amount paid for the product within 30 days. Please do not send your order back to us before contacting us at info@greeksandalsofficial.com and please ensure that you follow the steps outlined above.
* The refund goes to the same credit card used for the purchase.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased as "SALE" cannot be returned, or refunded. No exceptions.
New and unused merchandise may be exchange once your purchase has arrived to our store at your own expense and responsability.
