The order amount will be held on the customer’s card once the order has been placed. The card will be charged
as soon as the order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you reserves the right to return the goods within two weeks
(14 days) of receiving the goods on condition of the following:
The goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. The goods are unused.
The cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the consumer protection (cancelation of a transaction) regulations, 2010 and the consumer protection law 1981.
If there is evidence to suggest that
the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. For some goods, the original packaging may constitute part of the value of the purchase.
Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back into the customer's account. There will also be a 5% cancellation fee for all cancellations.
*Please ship your return package via any major delivery service which provides tracking capabilities, as
returns without a tracking number will not be accepted. Please email the tracking number to

When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer.
When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name, address and account number.
GREEK SANDALS OFFICIAL / SUMR OFFICIAL will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest,
after GREEK SANDALS OFFICIAL/ SUMR OFFICIAL receives the returned products.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Shipping and collecting packages
All orders within Israel will be shipped by Tapuz company, attached with a tracking number informationallowing you to track you package.
The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address.
For international orders, they will be shipped by DHL express.
Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. It should always say next to the shipment section.
Delivery time
GREEK SANDALS OFFICIAL / SUMR OFFICIAL aims to dispatch goods as quickly as possible and customers should expect to receive their goods within Israel up to 3 business days, within EU is up to 7 business days, to the rest of the world, delivery time is up to 10 business days.
