To ensure our clients the best services and delivery possible while keeping us all safe, we will send all our orders door to door with courrier within Israel adding 20 shekels to your order.
In case you would like to exchange or return your pair of Greek Sandals, you can email us email@example.com or whatsupp us 0547 765 788 your name, we will be sending you a courrier for free that will come to your door and pick up the package.
We wish everyone to be safe, and hope to soon open our store in Tel Aviv. In the meantime, we will be working from our online platform, giving you the best service possible.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased as "SALE" cannot be returned, or refund. No exceptions.
New and unused merchandise may be exchange once your purchase has arrived to our store at your own expense and responsability.
Purchasing outside of Israel, the shipping costs of the product depend on destination and delivery service.
When you checkout, the webshop will automatically calculate shipping costs for your address, before the actual payment. GREEK SANDALS OFFICIAL will charge a handling and shipping fee for deliveries in the Netherlands, Europe and outside Europe. Please note that all international customers are liable to be asked to pay country/state import duties and taxes at the time of delivery of your parcel.
Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days within israel and no later than 10 working days internationaly.
In the event of manufactoring defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your sandals.
Returns shall only be accepted within 8 working days if the product is received undamaged (in the original packaging). The cost of returning the product shall be for the account of the purchaser. GREEK SANDALS OFFICIAL shall then refund the amount paid for the product within 30 days. Please do not send your order back to us before contacting us at email@example.com and receiving an approval notification.
All shoes should be tried on on a clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns.
